Terms of Use
and commercial policies.
Rules for using the website and Client Area, image rights, storage, deadlines, formats and cancellation.
Last updated November 2, 2026
1. Who we are and acceptance
These Terms govern the use of the website and the Client Area (the “Platform”), operated by 69.301.456 REINAN LISBOA AMORIM, trading as Reinan Lisboa, registration no. 69.301.456/0001-98, based at Rua José Duarte, 288, Tororó, Salvador/BA, CEP 40050-050 (“Reinan Lisboa”, “we”). By browsing, requesting a quote, hiring a service or signing in to the Client Area you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Anyone under 18 may only hire or use the Platform with a legal guardian.
2. Account, access and password
Client Area access is created by us after you hire a service. Your password is personal and non-transferable: use at least 8 characters with letters and numbers, and never share it. For security, access is blocked for a few minutes after repeated wrong attempts and the session ends after 20 minutes of inactivity.
You are responsible for everything done with your access. If you suspect misuse, tell us right away at reinanlisboar@gmail.com.
3. Intellectual property of the images
Photographs, videos, artwork and other materials we produce are works protected by Brazilian copyright law (Law No. 9,610/1998). The author keeps the moral and economic rights. After payment, the client receives a licence to use the delivered final versions for the purpose and period agreed in the quote or contract (for example institutional use, social media, the client’s own website and printed material).
- You may not resell, sublicense, transfer to third parties or use the material for a different purpose without written permission.
- You may not use the material to train artificial intelligence systems or to create images that imitate the author’s work without permission.
- Where a credit line is required (“Photo/Video: Reinan Lisboa”), it must be kept.
- Edits, cuts and adaptations made by third parties must not suggest they were made by us.
Portfolio use. Unless there is a confidentiality clause or a written request from the client, we may show excerpts of the work in our portfolio, website, social media and award submissions. Identifiable people only appear with image-use authorisation (Brazilian Civil Code, art. 20, and the LGPD). At events organised by the client, the client must obtain participants’ authorisation where needed. You can ask us to take an image down at any time through the Data Protection Officer channel.
4. Galleries, downloads and storage
Deliveries live in online galleries in the Client Area. A gallery stays available for 12 months from delivery and may then be archived or removed. The Platform is not a backup service: download and keep your own copy of the final files.
Technical limits on file and gallery size may apply and are shown on the Platform at upload time. Raw (unedited) files are kept for up to 12 months and are not part of the delivery unless contracted.
Extra photos beyond those included in your package can be bought on the Platform. The price per photo is shown before purchase and the photo is released after payment is confirmed.
5. Sharing links
You can generate private links to show a gallery to other people. Every link has an expiry date (7 to 90 days), may have an individual password and can be cancelled by you at any time. Only released photos appear and downloads work only if you enable them. Anyone with the link can view the content, so share it only with people you trust.
6. Commercial policies
These are the default conditions. Any point may be set differently in your project’s quote or contract, which prevails if they differ.
Delivery times
- Edited photos: up to 15 business days after the shoot (large events: up to 30 business days).
- Videos: up to 20 business days after the shoot, counting the first version for approval.
- Deadlines start from the shoot and from the client providing all required information and materials.
- Real-time delivery (“realtime”): an optional, separately contracted service in which selected photos or videos are delivered within 24 hours of the shoot, for an additional fee. The 24-hour delivery applies to the agreed selection; the rest follows the deadlines above.
- Other rush jobs can be arranged for an additional fee.
Delivery formats
- Photos: high-resolution JPG, retouched, in the sRGB colour space, plus a web-optimised version. RAW files are not delivered unless contracted.
- Videos: MP4 (H.264), Full HD or 4K depending on the package, in the horizontal and/or vertical formats contracted. Captions and music follow what was agreed.
- Project (editable) files are not included unless contracted.
Revisions
One round of edit revisions per delivery (photos or video) is included, requested within 7 days of delivery. Script changes, re-shooting scenes and extra rounds are quoted separately.
Payment
- Methods: Pix, card or bank transfer.
- To book the date we charge a 50% deposit; the balance is due by delivery. Final files are released after full payment is confirmed.
- Monthly plans are billed every month on the contracted date and can be cancelled at any time, effective from the next cycle, with no penalty.
- Invoice (NFS-e) issued under the provider’s tax ID on request in the Client Area.
Cancellation and rescheduling
- Rescheduling is free with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to our calendar.
- Cancellation with more than 48 hours’ notice: we refund what you paid, minus costs already incurred on the project.
- Cancellation with less than 48 hours’ notice or on the day of the shoot: the deposit is not refunded.
- If work is already under way (shoot done or editing started) we charge in proportion to what was done.
- Right of withdrawal (Consumer Code, art. 49): for contracts made remotely (internet, phone, app) you may withdraw within 7 days of hiring, provided the service has not started.
- Force majeure (weather, illness, venue or transport failure) entitles you to reschedule at no cost.
7. Proper use of the Platform
You must not: try to access other clients’ data or galleries; probe for vulnerabilities, bypass blocks or automate access; upload illegal or offensive content or content that infringes third-party rights; use the Platform for purposes other than those contracted. We may suspend access in case of breach.
8. Liability
We work to keep the Platform available and secure, but it is provided “as is” and may be interrupted for maintenance or by third-party failures (hosting, internet, payment providers). Our liability is in any case limited to the amount paid for the service concerned, except where the law does not allow such limits, such as consumer rights.
9. Privacy and cookies
Processing of personal data and images, and the use of cookies, are described in the Privacy Policy. To exercise your rights use the Data Protection Officer channel.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Relevant changes will be announced on the Platform or by e-mail. This version applies from November 2, 2026. Continued use after notice means you accept the new version.
11. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of Salvador, Bahia are chosen as venue, without prejudice to the consumer’s right to sue in the courts of their own domicile.
